Supply Teachers

Salary: £120+pd

Teaching Personnel work in partnership with a secondary school in East Grinstead, graded ‘GOOD’ by Ofsted. The school amongst others in the area have seen an increasing need for supply teachers on an adhoc basis to support them ongoing throughout the rest of the academic year.

As a Successful Cover Teacher, You Will

• Be confident in classroom management, delivering adaptive and responsive teaching
• Provide a positive environment for learning, developing powerful learners
• Supervise students in and out of class including in the hallways and cafeteria
• Implement school policies, encouraging challenge through learning
• Assigning classwork and homework in line with regular lesson plans

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
