About the role
In order for Tyresö to secure a smooth and lean supply chain with maximized service level and optimized stock levels, planning and replenishment is crucial. The role serves as the “drumbeat” in the operation department and the natural link between demand and supply. In addition, the Supply Planner is also an important factor in the S&OP processes between the plant and the different sales offices within Lotus Bakeries. The Supply planner reports directly to the Plant Manager of ANNAS.
Key responsibilities
• Secure that the plant can achieve targeted service level
• Create daily, weekly and yearly production plans
• Secure proper material planning and call off plans for all packaging materials. Support bakery with call of raw materials when needed
• Responsible for transforming the commercial needs of finished goods to long term production demands. Develop effective plans to manage changes in the demand and still enable the production to run in an efficient way
• Perform capacity analysis and create plans to meet capacity peaks
• Actively search for and work with different types of improvement in both the area of planning and logistics within operations
• Continuously drive the process of managing stock levels on materials and keeping the business system (SAP) up to date
• Perform daily production reporting in SAP
• Production lead for traceability
• Support in projects (Change, NPD, EPD, PI) with phasing in and out strategies on materials and other launch or delist issues
• Support the production during low season in continuous improvement work
Experience and specific knowledge
• Masters or bachelor’s degree in logistics, engineering or similar
• 2-3 years of planning experience with in the FMCG industry
• Easy to communicate, feel comfortable to work with many different contacts and building relationships both in house and to customers and suppliers
• Acts with great responsibility, is driven by nature and like to work both independently and in group
• The ability to handle complex situations, is solution oriented and enjoy working in an environment shaped by rapid changes
• Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
• Excellent organization skills and computer skills
• SAP planning experience
• Excellent in office-package (especially Excel)
• Fluency in Swedish and English is a requirement
