Job Description

Primary Function of Position:

This potion has all responsibilities for the Import/Export process which should be met the regulation of medical devices and company,

including overall inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, and 3rd party management to support business growth consistently

Effectively communicate and interface with ISI Global Logistics teams, Customer Service, RA/QA, Sales, Marketing, Field Service,

and other relevant departments.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Coordinate import customs clearance fulfillment import requirement according to the local law and regulation
  • Monitor overall inbound process to meet the business requirement and urgency
  • Responsible for supporting & leading day-to-day warehouse operations covering inbound, outbound and returns.
  • Communicate closely with 3PL & service providers to ensure continuous and efficient workflow
  • Liaise with 3PL, Customs Brokerage, Freight forwarder to prevent or resolve if any issue occurs
  • Review the service providers performance periodically
  • Perform daily, monthly and annual cycle count
  • Monitor safety stock level to maintain optimal stock level and check space utilization
  • Inspect the monthly expenses based on the contracted rate and obtain payment approval per the monthly expense closing schedule
  • Analyze the actual cost versus budget on a monthly basis
  • Support special trade program such as ITA and FTA
  • Respond to the request from Global Logistics team & Global Trade Compliance team in HQ
  • Provide analysis of key metrics
  • Manage customer backlog to expedite the fulfillment and enhance timely shipment from supplier
  • Support implementation of import and export data management system
  • Develop and Maintain desktop procedures, KPIs and SOPs

Skill/Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Working experience in Healthcare industry is preferred
  • Minimum 6 years+ experience in SCM
  • Data analytical skills, skillful Excel and experience in SAP
  • Strong interpersonal skill
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English
