Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join a brilliant pharmaceutical organisation on a permanent basis located in London with flexible working available. Our client is focused on engineering innovative treatments to target cancerous cells.

Key Responsibilities:

  • For the role of Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for handling exchanges between clinical sites, courier organisations and GMP.
  • Help with sorting the formulation and delivery of clinical trial materials such as procurement kits.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new international clinical locations and manufacturing services.
  • You will coordinate and uphold Supply Chain-specific study documents such as registration forms, traceability and tracking papers, version control and up-versioning etc.) which involves planning for internal/external audits, ultimate resolution, and filing away.
  • For important documentation and data appeals, you will mediate with cross-functional divisions, external sites and suppliers.
  • When relevant, you will help with reconciling and organising supplier payments.
  • When required, you will be accountable for attending team meetings and produce meeting outlines and particular minutes.
  • When needed, you will elevate POs.
  • To guarantee compliant key exports of starting resources and drug products, you will collaborate with clinical sites, industrial facilities and regulatory groups.
  • The ideal candidate will perform submissions and quality control of documents in Veeva Vault (eTMF) and track document upload.
  • Arrange, coordinate and uphold Supply Chain-specific databases such as Patient and payment trackers, reporting tools, etc., which involves planning reports and placating of data.
  • In the eQMS, you will preserve and keep important supply chain papers up to date.
  • Pursue patient scheduling corresponding to manufacturing slots.
  • Assist with checking patient registration admissibility.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clinical sites vis-à-vis procurement arrangement, couriers, product standing and dosing.
  • Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

  • At least one years’ worth of experience operating in clinical research within a healthcare environment or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Supply chain experience is not essential for the role but would be beneficial and is highly desirable.
