Based remotely, you will be responsible for overseeing the Supply Chain processes for ConvaTec across Australia and New Zealand, from Demand Planning through to inventory optimization and stock reconciliations across our network.
As the ideal candidate, you will be successful with the following deliverables:
Principal Responsibilities:
- Support the India-based business hub in ANZ Supply Chain processes, from Demand Planning through to inventory optimization across our warehouses, including supply planning and market intelligence gathering through customer collaboration
- Provide inputs to the ANZ S&OP in terms of risks and opportunities for ConvaTec ANZ
- Develop partnerships with the ANZ Business Units as well as regional and global functional stakeholders, freight forwarders and transport companies
- Maintain the ANZ finished goods inventory accuracy and optimization, in close collaboration with our 3PL partners and the ANZ Business Units
- Support day to day operations at our 3PL/ 4PL warehouses – Container availability, backorder prioritization, inventory/PO queries, Clinect, airfreights & Redeployments, stock reconciliation, cycle counts and destruction
- Support India-based business hub for accurate SAP planning parameters
- Support India-based business hub with excess inventory & obsolescence risks within ANZ
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements across ANZ business
- Review and update relevant SOP’s, ensuring compliance with ISO certification requirements and Internal Audit policies
- Work closely with the India-based business hub to Own, monitor and publish performance metrics & reports e.g., Forecast Accuracy, Inventory Health, Business Unit dashboards and status reports
- Support Local & GEM projects on a need basis

Qualifications & Experience:
- University degree or equivalent based on experience
- More than 5 years of experience across several key Supply Chain areas (Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Execution, Logistics, Inventory Management)
- Pro-active attitude
- Good communication and collaboration skills. Ability to partner with and influence others without direct authority, building consensus through collaboration across functions and all organizational levels
- Strong strategic and tactical capabilities
- Advanced data analytics capabilities
- Proven track record of process improvement
- Advanced knowledge of SAP transactions, reports, and capabilities
- Ability to work independently on complex issues.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft office applications (especially Excel) and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Cognos)
- Ability to work on tight deadlines and prioritize workload
