Supply Chain Coordinator

I am recruiting for a Clinical Supply Chain Coordinator to join the Global Clinical Customer Service Team based in Breda. In this role, you will provide distribution support to the planning and Logistics Service Providers teams and coordinate shipment delivery of clinical products.

Key responsibilities

Sales Order management:

• Create and Process Clinical Drug Shipments
• Create or coordinate shipping documentation

Stock Transfer Order Management (STOs):

• Schedule and Process STOs
• Track and trace shipments
• Resolve shipping issues

Temperature data review and assessment:

• Perform review of temperature data for shipments
• Support performance of data analysis, trending and corrective actions

Qualifications:

• MBO education with 4 years relevant working experience or HBO education (Bachelor) + 1-2 years relevant working experience / preferably supply chain experience
• SAP knowledge (or other relevant ERP systems)
• Good MS Excel and Outlook skills
• Fluent in English. Dutch is a PLUS

Practicalities

• Location Breda
• Contract duration – 12 months (extension highly likely)
• Note: Visa sponsorship is not possible
