Here, You Will Make An Impact By

As a Supply Chain Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

• Perform analysis in support of the IBP/S&OP monthly process. Analysis will be in the areas of supply versus demand, inventory optimization, cost / benefit analysis, and deviations between the budget and current forecast (dollars and volume).
• Lead the collection of inputs from the operations, commercial, and finance teams to support the decision making and information as required by the IBP/S&OP process.
• Assemble analysis and input into a logically structured and effectively designed presentation to be used to guide the discussion in the S&OP meetings.
• Facilitate all IBP/S&OP and related meetings to achieve the meeting objectives. This facilitation includes Agenda design, meeting facilitation, and follow up.
• Lead cross functional projects related to supply chain and manufacturing issues as needed. These projects will require working with engineering, sourcing, marketing, sales, manufacturing,
• Secondarily run Demand Planning actions like forecasting specific range of products.

Your Skills And Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of data analysis and business modeling: Analytical capabilities.
• Advanced knowledge of Executive meeting management including agenda design and group facilitation:
• Advanced proficiency in visual data display and analysis including the appropriate use of tables, charts, and graphs and Power Point App: Good at PPT presentation
• Strong oral and writ ten communication skills
• Experience working effectively with cross functional teams with remotely located team members and stakeholders

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Exposure to Supply Chain Planning modules and tools within the Oracle suite of products
• Intermediate knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, Process Excellence, PDCA, etc

Travel: some expected

Role Location: Remote based

Ideal candidate location – UK or Ireland

Remuneration

Salary – £/€ high-reaching dependent on skills and experience plus excellent benefits package.
