YOUR TASKS

As Supplier Lead, you are responsible for management and coordination of worldwide supply shortages. The main target is to ensure the HELLA internal production and to avoid any customer impacts or line downs. You report to HELLA TOP Management directly on VP and executive VP level.

• You lead and moderate the internal and external communication towards the suppliers worldwide
• You manage and coordinate information flows and execute actions between different internal stakeholders (e.g. purchasing, logistics, critical part management, sales, quality and program management) and our suppliers
• Together with Critical Parts Management you create transparency in various fields of the supply chain topics (Suppliers => HELLA production plants => HELLA Customers) and identify opportunities and solution paths to secure HELLA’s and our customers production
• You are the main contact for all supplier related topics (“Window Person”) concerning parts availability and responsible to start escalations within HELLA and our suppliers
• You prepare and present reports for internal Taskforce Meetings, Executive Steering Committees and for supplier / customer meetings

Your Qualifications

• You have completed your university degree, preferred with a focus in Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering
• You have analytic skills and enjoy developing solution paths based on Data Warehouse reports e.g. Call-Off evaluations, delivery plan analyses, analyses of critical coverages
• Moreover, you have very good cross functional communication and presentation skills, enjoying working with suppliers and customers
• Self-Responsible acting and to be committed is part of your “DNA”
• You have good stress management skills and enjoy working in a cross functional global team
• Fluent English skills are mandatory
