To ensure or products reflect those values and our Retail department runs as smoothly as possible, we are looking for a Supplier Administration Assistant to join the team.
This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract or Internal Secondment Opportunity – covering a Secondment.

What you’ll be doing
Using your excellent customer service skills and passion for sustainability you’ll facilitate the effective operation of your team and enable it to meet its objectives. You’ll manage the administration for product set ups, contract management and maintaining up to date and accurate data about our supply base, to ensure we mitigate both commercial and sourcing risk.
You’ll provide a consistent point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, responding via both email and ‘phone.
You’ll apply your organisational and planning skills to make sure that deadlines are met. Working with the other Supplier Administration Assistants to coordinate workloads.
You will keep up to date with sourcing trends and the strategic direction of Retail, sharing learnings with the wider team, seeking out opportunities to learn new skills and develop your knowledge of the supply base

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry and management, including ability to read data dashboards.
- Excellent organisational skills, accurately prioritising daily, weekly and ad-hoc tasks
- Experience of Microsoft Office software packages
- Ability to work across many functions within the organisation
- Experience of working within a team
- Important to understand climate impact, responsible sourcing and sustainable retail (otherwise, STRONG willingness to learn)
