Summer Internships

Investing in the next generation of Ohio National associates is an important part of our culture. We are committed to helping students further their careers, both as temporary and full-time associates.

Our interns are welcomed into the workplace on day one. Student interns are encouraged to provide input and participate as a full member of the team. During the twelve-week internship, students are contributing in meaningful ways to the organization.

As An Intern, You Will

• Events and Marketing
• Finance
• Mutual Funds
• Human Resources
• Information Technology
• Investment Accounting
• Operations
• Tax
• Treasury

• Pursuing a college degree
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Commitment to achieving objectives and delivering results
• Ability to make sound decisions in a timely and confident manner

• Organized, able to prioritize and manage time effectively

About The Internship

• Twelve-week program starting May 16, 2022
• Full Time (Monday-Friday)
• Pay rate starts at $13.00 per hour
• Opportunity to participate in associate resource groups to develop your professional network
• Fun company-wide events, celebrations and community events
• Ohio National will require onsite interns to be fully vaccinated (as defined by the CDC) against COVID-19 unless you receive an approved medical or religious accommodation. You will be required to show proof of vaccination upon hire.
