The Talent Acquisition Programs team is focused on leading and defining new paths for talent to join our growing organization in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Delivery Team.

  • Exploring Talent Channel Activations

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to Talent Acquisition Partners for the full-cycle recruiting

processes (phone screening, interviewing, onboarding)

  • Provide support to Talent Acquisition Partners for internal and external reports

and presentations

  • Provide recommendations for our full-cycle recruiting practices after performing

research on current recruiting trends and analytics

  • Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance our Early in Career Programs
  • Provide support to the Sr. Brand Strategist with internal and external communication

initiatives

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business projects
  • Provide support in expanding business partnerships across the credit union for

university and military programs

  • Plan and coordinate recruiting events and presentations
  • Process and update data in automated systems; may generate and analyze reports
  • Perform research and analysis; may include quantitative and/or qualitative analysis
  • Provide comprehensive day-to-day operational support
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must be pursuing a degree from an accredited college/university
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple time sensitive requests
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal & external business partners
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Effective research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective skill maintaining accuracy with attention to detail and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to exercise initiative and good judgment to make sound decisions
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies
  • Effective word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet software skills

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 4:30PM (Subject to change based on business need)

Navy Federal is now hybrid! Our standard enterprise requirement for a hybrid schedule is to report on-site 4-16 days each month. The number of days reporting on-site will ultimately be determined by the employee’s leadership and business unit needs. You will learn more throughout the hiring and on boarding process.

Salary Range: $15.00 – $30.10 hourly

Navy Federal Credit Union assesses market data to establish salary ranges that enable us to remain competitive. Within this range, pay will be determined based on factors such as individual qualifications, location, and market position.
