Basic Purpose

Equity Operations is a project and process improvement team that supports the Equity Lending Branch. Our primary role involves communicating with stakeholders within Real Estate Lending (to include systems, work force management, procurement, risk, and marketing, etc.), running projects that support Equity Lending directly, and managing various administrative processes and programs.

Joining this team will allow you to gain exposure in the following areas:

• Small projects to support the Branch strategy
• Developing their skills in developing and contributing to PowerPoint presentations

General data entry, basic reporting, and collaborating with the project’s team on the branch’s change management efforts

Responsibilities

• Provide support to assigned department; may work on small projects or portions of

larger projects

• Providing assistance to Equity Processing
• Support business strategy and initiatives within the business unit and/or across

the organization

• Assist and collaborate with various levels of staff to accomplish tasks/assignments
• Perform research and analysis; may include quantitative and/or qualitative analysis
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions, placing member service as priority
• Provide comprehensive day-to-day operational support
• Provide support in functional areas of the credit union
• May provide direct member service in high volume situations
• Process and update data in automated systems; may generate and analyze reports
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a degree from an accredited college/university
• Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Effective research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Effective skill maintaining accuracy with attention to detail and

meeting deadlines

• Ability to exercise initiative and good judgment to make sound decisions

Navy Federal is now hybrid! Our standard enterprise requirement for a hybrid schedule is to report on-site 4-16 days each month. The number of days reporting on-site will ultimately be determined by the employee’s leadership and business unit needs. You will learn more throughout the hiring and on boarding process.

Salary Range: $15.00 – $30.10 hourly

Navy Federal Credit Union assesses market data to establish salary ranges that enable us to remain competitive. Within this range, pay will be determined based on factors such as individual qualifications, location, and market position.
