Basic Purpose
The Automation Center of Excellence mission is to provide a standardized, transparent, and risk-controlled approach to automating business processes across the enterprise in a way that is highly responsive to business needs and empowers individuals in the business to design their solutions hands-on. The Enterprise Tech Solutions team focus on providing the governance, guidance and technical support to developers following the ACE Framework or working on projects in the Pega Platform.
The team regularly completed Solution Design Review, Code Reviews, and Application Release Reviews on project automating business processes. In addition to this service, some development is completed on enterprise components. For these development projects, in addition to the module being created, the team also creates documentation for other teams to consume these components in their development projects.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Center of Excellence and ISD Application Management
standards and processes
- Create and maintain accurate, detailed and consistent documentation through all phases
of the Systems Development Life-Cycle
- Contribute knowledge management articles for created solutions to designated Center
of Excellence enterprise asset management repository
- Analyze, define and document technical design for data, workflow, logical processes,
hardware and operating systems environment, interface with other systems, internal and
external controls and output
- Document adjustments to workflow
Qualifications
- Must be pursuing an undergraduate or higher degree from an accredited college/university
- Exposure to working with application development platforms (e.g., Pega, SharePoint,
Maven, JAVA, etc.)
- Exposure to developing and testing software
- Basis skill resolving conflicting requests and meeting changing requirements
- Basic research, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Navy Federal is now hybrid! Our standard enterprise requirement for a hybrid schedule is to report on-site 4-16 days each month. The number of days reporting on-site will ultimately be determined by the employee’s leadership and business unit needs. You will learn more throughout the hiring and on boarding process.
Salary Range: $15.00 – $30.10 hourly
Navy Federal Credit Union assesses market data to establish salary ranges that enable us to remain competitive. Within this range, pay will be determined based on factors such as individual qualifications, location, and market position.
