Intern projects include working in all phases of the Software Development Cycle in an Agile environment.

POSITION SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our education team is looking to increase support for upcoming projects as the company looks to new priorities. These include projects related to our Education Content creation process, Event planning and execution, and Platform education subscription (Master Class). Our education team is also responsible for the management of all TradeStation webinars and work to ensure successful events that are used as purposeful funnels to support company KPI’s.

This summer we are looking for an intern to assist the Education Manager and Event Project Coordinator with the following:

  • Content creation and Project Tracking
  • Facilitating team communication
  • Distributing educational materials
  • Submitting and completing document routings for approval
  • Data entry using excel
  • Creating a subscription onboarding process for new clients
  • Assisting with other projects such as Education team events and other administrative duties

SKILLS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree and enrollment in an undergraduate course for Finance, Marketing, Business, or a similar field
  • Familiarity with MS Suite, Adobe PDF, and Zoom or similar service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, able to focus and multitask and work independently
  • Quick learner, who shows good initiative
  • Ability to work within a team environment, collaborate, and provide support to co-workers and other projects as needed
  • Positive attitude with a passion to learn about education and/or financial services
