Background:

The Creative team has a portion that specializes in the creation of compelling stories using Video and Photography. The department serves as a resource to the entire agency by offering solutions from concept to delivery for multimedia.

Key Job Responsibilities: This position will primarily support the video production team in various areas.

  • Organize footage in the CRS cloud archive. The Video team receives footage from a global network of freelancers and uses this footage for many purposes. This footage needs to be organized so it can be easily accessible.
  • The hire will assist with any shoots that occur at HQ or locally for CRS whether it be audio, visual, lighting, etc. Overall this person will have a front row seat to learn about the production cycle from concept to delivery.
  • Assist the Video Editors with rough cuts or pulling b-roll from the archive to support editing projects.

Qualifications – External

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Understanding of all aspects of video production, direction, and distribution
  • Strong emotional intelligence and people skills
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, and audio production
  • Proficient on a Mac or PC and proficient in Word and Excel
  • Detailed-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
