Summer Development and Construction Intern

Bridge Investment Group is hiring a rising senior Summer Analyst for our development team to work with qualified opportunity zones construction projects around the country. The program offers unique exposure, within one of the fastest-growing global real estate private equity firms, to learn about the leasing department within value-add, office real estate. Bridge’s fast-growing entrepreneurial culture means the Summer Analyst will be expected to take lead and contribute on assigned vertical specific projects, working closely with senior management as well as other interns on company-wide initiatives throughout the program. The Development Team manages the entire life cycle of a project from the development phase through the full completion of the asset. You will be exposed to all aspects of commercial real estate construction management: design, construction, FF&E, requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs), agreements / contracts, bid comparison, value engineering, change orders, invoicing, construction administration and project closeout. Candidates should be highly motivated, energetic, and savvy with demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors

In addition to experience thriving in a fast-paced team, a successful candidate should have:

• Desire to excel in development and construction management
• Be a rising senior, graduation date of 2024 (undergraduate students only)
• Minimum 3.5 GPA or equivalent
• Excellent communication, relationship, and sales skills
• A self-starter, roll-up-the-sleeves attitude with a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to thrive in a lean, entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
• Passion for learning and growth with a mindset that no task is too small
• Strong attention to detail
