The duties would include:

  • Understand, analyze, document and support partners/users in clarifying their needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive, fully documented, evidence-based analyses.
  • Formulate pragmatic professional opinions and recommendations, all in accordance with established standards, rules and guidelines.
  • Analyze data and reports for underlying trends and significant variances and identify root causes.
  • Support partners/users throughout the delivery process by ensuring the quality of the service provided.

Specific responsibilities:

  • Participate in the definition of the required functions, services or technical elements.
  • Participate in the design of the solution, in collaboration with the team, by staying in the “just enough — just in time”, using the best practices supported by the Centers of Excellence.
  • Rigorously apply functional, organizational and technical rules and standards for solution design and delivery
  • Actively contribute to ensuring that the documentation required for the sustainability of the designed elements is present, valid and maintained in the knowledge base
  • Apply and participate in the development of functional rules, technical specifications, design and solution delivery standards
  • Actively contribute, with other industry experts, to the implementation of solutions and to the realization of the following activities (examples): description of functionalities, evaluation of efforts, testing strategy, testing, operations and use documentation, training and knowledge articles, etc.
  • Participate in or conduct testing at various levels of detail, both functional and technical. Support partners during acceptance testing.
  • Participate in the evolution plan of applications and technological systems.
  • Participate in the realization of proofs of concept and system prototypes.
  • As needed, perform certain technical, development, configuration or quality assurance activities when required.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO HAVE?

  • Current: Bachelor’s degree (BAC) in computer science, administration or any other relevant training at the same level.
  • Experience with programming languages, databases or other technologies and approches, depending on the context.
  • Knowledge of SQL language and Power BI.
  • Experience with Excel.
  • Excellent command of English and ease of expression (verbal and written), bilingualism is an asset.

SALARY: Curious? It will be specified during the interview, as it is adjusted according to the number of internships you have completed.
