Objectives

Based within the Core Products team you will work closely with the SuccessFactors Product Owner, our SuccessFactors support partner and our HR Operational Excellence team to define and deliver suitable solutions for often complex requirements, using standard SuccessFactors functionality.

You will play a key role in ensuring the global HR systems landscape is continuously improved and developed to provide the best possible colleague experience.

In addition to SuccessFactors this role also provides the opportunity to work with other SAP products including SAP Enable Now, SAP Cloud for Customer and SAP Jam, each playing their part in the overall HR systems landscape.

Main Responsibilities

  • Requirements gathering, solution design and configuration of SuccessFactors.
  • Providing expert advice on SuccessFactors functionality and suggesting solutions that are considered best practice.
  • Assess new features in each release and provide recommendations to the Product Owner and HR team.
  • Deliver technical support to the annual performance and compensation cycles.
  • Work closely with our support partner in the design, test and deployment phases of new features, ensuring that solutions meet business requirements.
  • Monitor software usage to ensure appropriate software licensing and subscription contracts are adhered to, reporting anomalies and/or potential savings.
  • Ensure configuration documentation is created, updated and reviewed to aid the smooth running of our HR systems.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role working with 1 or more of Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Succession Planning, Compensation.
  • Demonstrable experience working in a team of application experts delivering SuccessFactors changes.
  • Good communication skills. Ability to communicate technical explanations to non-technical teams.
  • Certification in Employee Central or another SuccessFactors module is advantageous but not essential.
  • SFX accreditation in Employee Central or another SuccessFactors module is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong configuration skills with Time Off is advantageous but not essential.

Location

The role is based in Bracknell, UK. However, we are open to other locations.
