Tasks

  • You are the student’s go-to. You will be the student’s point of contact whenever they face a challenge, need a friendly motivational nudge, or require assistance with getting back on their study tracks with their peers.
  • You will provide constant support to students in the form of live chat, hosting weekly live sessions and one on one sessions.
  • You will lead the daily cohort communication, providing information about the weekly schedule, extracurricular activities and collecting weekly feedback.
  • You will monitor the students job-search progress and assist them with different individual struggles.
  • You will document and report on the students’ progress and successes.
  • You will create a lively and vibrant student community through live events and async communication.
  • You will collaborate with Partnerships Managers, Designers and Product Managers to develop, improve and support the students’ day-to-day experience.
  • You will work in collaboration with academic mentors to address learning gaps (soft/hard skills).

Requirements

  • Building a strong relationships with people, understanding their needs and goals, identifying creative solutions, and manages action items through to completion.
  • Proven track record of delivering high customer satisfaction.
  • Acquainted with tracking systems (e.g. CRM) monitor all student-related activities, pipeline management.
  • Works to realize business value and expand student relationships through deep knowledge of student needs, rather than a feature list.
  • High proficiency and excellent communication skills in English and German, verbal and written.
  • Possesses the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High ability to quickly adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts is necessary.
  • Self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented.
