Student Mentor

We are looking for a Student Mentor to join our supportive and talented team at Kings Oak Academy. We are a diverse multi-academy trust, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students’ learning.

This is a permanent role, 30 hours per week, term time only + 5 inset days.

What We Are Looking For

To be successful in the post, we are looking for a Student Mentor who will work with and support designated students to overcome barriers to learning by identifying specific difficulties and creating solutions.  They will promote effective participation, encourage pride in achievement and raise aspirations to enable students to achieve to their full potential.  They will deliver measurable impact on student attainment as well as their social and emotional well-being.
