For this internship, you will work in Product Development Medical Affairs (PDMA) Nucleus Team. As an Intern in PDMA Nucleus, you will be part of the Focus Area Team Data Strategy, Tools and Analytics. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and make your contribution in an international and multicultural environment.

In your role, you will work closely with key business partners across the global and country organisation, helping to manage PDMA’s portfolio of activities and supporting a number of analytical and strategic initiatives.

In this position, you will

  • Decision Capture Tool go-live support: data acquisition and entry for ongoing and upcoming studies, communications and training
  • Strategic Country Selection: working with affiliates – history, data analysis, interviews, generating structured output
  • R&D Planning configuration for PDMA: support the introduction of the new tool: portfolio module population, studies -> Integrated Evidence Planning: timeline go-live coordination
  • Ring-fenced budget model: assist in embedding the new process in the organisation
  • Support in administrative tasks: collaborating with the cross-functional teams and affiliates contacts on various initiatives
  • Support on other projects as needed

Who You Are
You are experienced in working and analysing data. Furthermore, you are an enrolled Bachelor or Master student in a Business Administration, Finance-related subject, Psychology or related fields.

What else do you need in your toolbox?

  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong affinity to digital tools and systems: Google Suite, MS Excel, etc
  • Proactive team player with a pronounced service and solution orientation and ability to communicate at all levels
  • Comfortable with working both in a team and individually on tasks, using initiative to suggest and deliver value-adding solutions
  • Very good interpersonal and networking skills, good project management skills, ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
  • Detail-oriented, organized and creative with multi-tasking and prioritization skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
