Aashman Foundation is an NGO working for single income family widows, women empowerment & child education. Supporting & Empowering over 1,000 plus widows across India.
Over 4,500+ students from marginalized sections are benefited to date, under the project naming ‘NISHULAK PATHSHALA’. Have 16 schools in 11 states all over India, Where students are taking free education along with moral development for a Better and Empowered Tomorrow.
LOCATION: Work from Home.

DESCRIPTION OF DEPARTMENTS
1️⃣ Social Media Marketing:
MINIMUM DURATION-3 MONTHS
They should own an account on Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp
They need to use these 3 platforms to create awareness about Aashman Foundation and make its voice reach to masses using social media.
2️⃣ YOUTH Mediathon ( MINIMUM DURATION 6 MONTHS)
1. Intern has to make videos on projects
2. Success stories would be displayed as the project
3. Responsible to maintain data for a weekly, fortnight, monthly reports in the work update magazine.
4. Smart and small blogs would be required
5. Need to connect with social influencers for social networking
3️⃣ Marketing & sales ( MINIMUM DURATION 3 MONTHS)
Generate funds for the organization to support the needy, collaborate with brands & individuals for gathering either funds or brand awareness, branding, lead generation, client relationship management, etc.
4️⃣ Human Resources (HR):
* DURATION 6 9, 12 MONTHS*
Roles & responsibilities for HR profile👇
• Create internship drives on college campuses
• Use online medium to enroll candidates
• Screen resumes and application forms
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
• Post, update & remove internship ads from intern boards, career pages, and social networks
• Prepare HR-related report’s as needed (like training budget by department)
• Participate in organizing company events and careers.
5️⃣ Videographers
( Duration 30 days)
We have opened up hiring for videographers. The conditions are as follows :
1) The person should not be completely a Fresher. Bit experienced is required
2) Should have a camera. We are not hiring anyone who calls himself or herself a videographer by making videos on phone.
3) The person should be living in these cities :
– Chandigarh
– Panchkula
– Mohali
– Zirakpur
No other location’s entry will be entertained.

6️⃣. Fundraiser
( Minimum Duration 45 Days)
Candidates have to Raise Funds for our organization by sharing campaigns conducted by the foundation on social media platforms!
