Key Responsibilities
As a student assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with/in collaboration with strong focus on providing high quality and commercially integrated advice to our internationally orientated business. The department consist of a cross-functional department comprised of members from different disciplines within ITS. We work closely together with the business and local departments in our area of operation. In the IT Operations & Industrial team, you will be provided with an in-depth insight into the everyday work life interfacing with a multitude of stakeholders. This is a way for you to turn theory into practice.
Working hours will be approximately 15-20 weekly, with great flexibility in the planning.
You will be working with the IT Operations & Industrial team for TEPDK (Esbjerg).
Overall, you will assist with a wide range of tasks including:
- Support projects related to infrastructure and industrial IT.
- Create document/guidelines/process description and communication material.
- Support with development of reports and dashboards.
- Some other ad-hoc tasks.
Candidate profile
Who We Are Looking For
It is important that you possess a safety mindset. You are currently studying at university with minimum 2 years left of your education and we expect your study to be within IT or engineering area. We are looking for a team player with the ability to build relationships and work constructively with others to achieve business goals.
To Succeed, You Should
- Have proficiency in oral and written English.
- Have solid knowledge of MS Office.
- Be able to manage multiple priorities.
- Have good interpersonal skills.
- Be eager to learn, develop and contribute to the team.
