What You Will Do

• Lead the business planning process in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Lead internal projects including but not limited to channel optimization, e-commerce, business process improvement, and strategic pricing.
• Support external stakeholder engagement and management – industry associations, government agencies, and various industry talent development projects (K-NIBRT and WHO vaccine hub)
• Identify investment opportunities to fuel the long-term growth and formulate business cases
• Track market dynamics incl. gov. policy, key accounts’ strategies, and competitive moves

Who You Are

• Good understanding of business and operation strategy knowledge in the fast-moving industry (advantageous if it’s in the biotech and biopharma industry)
• Strategic and structural thinking, strong analytical skills as consulting methods
• Aggressive, self-motivated, fast learning team player, willing and able to work in multi-cultural environments
• Strong communication, writing and presentation skills, and interpersonal skills
• Consulting and project management experience preferably either at leading consultancy firms or in-house consulting functions
• > 6 years’ working experience, including both hands-on and consulting experiences
• Business (undergraduate or MBA) and life science-related major is plus
