The Role
Oxfam International Secretariat is looking for a Strategy and Feminist Futures Director to oversee and create an enabling and empowering environment for all units and staff to ensure that gender justice and feminist lens are central to driving Oxfam’s vision, programs, value and identity. Strategy and Feminist Futures Director will also represent the department within the OIS Executive Leadership Team and at Global Board level.
Who we’re looking for
Our next Strategy and Feminist Futures Director will have proven leadership ability at a senior, strategic level in a complex dispersed organization and with strong leadership, coordination/ management and people skills; will have ability to operate in a complex environment with experience in leading large-scale organizational change processes together with others will have exceptionally high collaboration skills and be comfortable with navigating overlapping roles and responsibilities. S/he will have experienced in political dialogue, influencing and organizational culture change processes that have a strong emphasis on gender justice, safeguarding and diversity and inclusion.
