Here’s where you come in:

As the Strategy Advisor, you will lead the overview of our global strategy, Our Promise, realization across World Vision while pursuing agility and simplification of the processes, tools and data requirements. You will be responsible to act as a driver of Field Offices and Support Offices full empowerment with simple and clear strategy guidance and tools enabling every entity to design and track their individual strategies in full consideration of Strategic Imperatives and key priorities. You will ensure that the Partnership Impact Measurement Framework is well integrated in the strategy guidance and other tools so that the Ministry Impact is well embraced and tracked at the individual strategy level.

Requirements include:

• Masters level or equivalent in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Humanitarian Assistance or any related field
• At least 5 years of experience of leading and advising strategy development and realization
• Proven experience of strategy development and measurement in the primarily grant funded office and in the office with active Humanitarian Response programming
• Proven experience of engagement of various stakeholders with diverse needs and expectations and reaching common conclusions
• Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal
• The position requires ability and willingness to travel up to 15% of the time
