Overall Context

You will join the Cartier Europe Region . It is built around 7 subsidiaries with a common vision and objectives, enriched by the diversity of each Market: UK, France, Iberia, South-East-Europe, Switzerland, Northern-Europe and Benelux & Nordics. The European Team EXCO is overseeing the commercial activity of the Maison for these markets.

MISSION

In this overall context, the main purpose of the Strategic planning product owner is to assist the Regional Strategic Planning Manager to design and develop a synchronized calendar tool with advanced options to get a full visibility of communication activations across all markets in real time.

Key Responsibilities

1/ Tool Definition

  • Define specification of the project, coordinating with the European strategic planning manager, markets and data teams.
  • Select the best partner (internal or external) to develop this tool with the appropriate technology in order not to deduplicate existing tools, and to leverage existing ones
  • Lead and manage the development roadmap

2/ Development

  • Being the point of contact between all (internal/external) stakeholders
  • Secure the progress of the development to deliver the tool according to the roadmap (from 2 to 3 months)
  • Propose improvements to current projects based on European markets feedbacks

3/ Roll out and foster adoption

  • Coordinate roll out for all European markets
  • Provide documentation, training, and support to European markets
    • Ensure the tool adoption and tool accuracy based on KPIs and quality assessment.

    PROFILE

    • Fluent in French and English, any additional European language is a plus
    • Previous experience in product management
    • Previous experience working and collaborating with both international and local teams
    • Strong Data Visualisation skills (Looker, Power BI)
    • Problem solving, precision, attention to the details, team working attitude, flexibility.
    • Reactive good management of stress and priorities in a demanding context
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
