About noonnoon is a fast-growing e-commerce venture in the Middle East with a committed capital of $1 billion. Our aim is to develop a world-class ecosystem in the Middle East. To achieve this goal, noon has built end-to-end in-house capabilities across all verticals. After launching in 2017, we are now looking for aggressive scaling strategies to maximize our customer reach and product offerings. As part of this strategy, we have acquired a fashion vertical called SIVVI, that will be a key revenue and profitability driver for the business. We will build SIVVI into a trendy premium branded fashion destination for the GCC region. We have also set up a dedicated team to manage our fashion assortment across SIVVI & Noon.About the roleAs Strategic Partner Manager, working with the GM for Fashion, the candidate will be responsible for handling the buying strategy, overall performance & commerciality of our fashion brands across all categories. Our partnership with brands is deeply rooted in our DNA and one of Sivvi���s success factors. As we are very much still a startup at the core, we are looking for somebody deeply passionate and committed in making an impactful contribution to the region.The Strategic Partner Manager is responsible for co-creating and implementing strategic growth plans for our most strategic partnerships, by leveraging the full spectrum of the Noon / Sivvi fashion business and acting as the main point of contact to the partner. In this role you will own the holistic strategy with the most important brand partners (e.g. PVH, Nike, adidas, VF, Levi���s, and similar), providing commercial expertise and advice with the goal to drive sustainable, qualitative, and mutual commercial growth, while bringing Noon/Sivvi���s best to the partner relationship.Key Responsibilities:Managing weekly/monthly performance decisions with Heads of Buying/Senior Buyers to ensure the brand performance is always on trackEnsure the assortment and onsite strategy is aligned to the wider business strategyEnsure we always have the relevant brand partners online within our assortment offerDrive establishment of relationships with key stakeholders & supply partnersKeeps up-to-date on external best practices and relevant changes to their field/area; communicates updates to stakeholdersMonitor the buying critical path to ensure timely decision making across all categoriesLiaises with logistics and operations as appropriate in order to ensure smooth onboarding & on time delivery management across teamsUnderstands the overarching company strategy, as well as communicates and models the core values of the organization to create a sense of teamwork and membership among employees.Strategy: Develop, maintain, and execute strategic plans with clear roadmaps and timelines and coordinate partner focused initiatives across relevant functions within and beyond Category ManagementStakeholder Management: Ensure transparency across stakeholders to facilitate project progress. Maintain a strong network within the partners��� organization and enable structured relationship management Able to break down complex and ambiguous problems into simple and actionable work streams.Financial Planning: Support the Category Teams with the setting and alignment of commercial growth targets for the partnership with the selected brands. Integrate Sivvi/Noon business and services into the plans and track target achievementsNegotiations: Set annual terms and conditions, ensuring a positive and commercially viable partnership.Qualifications:Bachelor or Master’s Degree in economics, finance, management or comparable qualification.You have gained 3+ years of work experience in consumer-oriented commercial, partner-facing, or highly analytical rolesConsulting or Buying experience in the fashion e-commerce spaceExperience of stakeholder management and working in large teams, with a successful track recordStrong influencing, negotiation and communication skillsYou have a strong understanding of the P&L lines in an ecommerce – retailing environment, and empathy for the needs of a consumer brandYou are a strategic commercial thinker with impressive analytical skills and critical mindset. You have strong technical skills in Microsoft / Google SuiteYou have outstanding communication skills and can drive projects with different teams across the organization, including senior management stakeholdersSolid experience in online fashion retail environmentsAn entrepreneurial mindsetWho will excel?We���re looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
