Personal Assistant

I am a business owner looking for someone to help me manage my work life balance. I consider myself to be a fun, happy and motivated person who enjoys being around people.

As my business has grown, I no longer have the capacity to manage many aspects of my work and personal life. I am looking for an organized person to handle these responsibilities in a similar way they would for themselves. I have no kids or pets but do value the experience of a parent or caretaker.

Your personality and communication skills are more relevant to me than professional experience. Since we will be spending a lot of time together, the in-person interview will be a good opportunity for you to determine if I am a good fit for you as well.

Job Duties May Include But Are Not Limited To
Track and plan events such as birthdays, anniversaries, special occasions, and presentations
Organize and manage routine communication with friends, family, and colleagues.
Drive to meetings or events
Coordinate meals and food delivery
Coordinate dry cleaning
Clean laundry and organize clothes
Organize and confirm travel plans
Pack for travel
Review and organize personal and business calendars
Manage and coordinate home services like house cleaner, lawn service, etc.
Manage car maintenance and cleaning

Required Skills
Basic computer skills
Valid driver’s license and comfortable driving a different vehicle
Available to potentially work evenings and weekends (flexible schedule can go both ways)
Task management
