EVP NCE > SBU NCE Service > Fieldservice Ukraine Responsibilities- Oversees and administers the operations of a warehouse. Receives, identifies and verifies merchandise. Provides information to and assists immediate manager service technicians and back office
- Maintains inventory. Uses inventory management software. Prepares purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock and coordinates them with immediate management
- Maintains files appropriate to the activities of the unit, such as invoices, order numbers, receiving dates, shipping dates. Makes claims with transport companies if delivered merchandise has been damaged
- According to requirements and established procedures, arranges stock. In case of emergency or in order to replace outdated material, suggests substitutes available in the store.
- Is responsible for tools calibration monitoring. Ensures that they are kept in good condition and are repaired or replaced as necessary
- Ensure the pick, pack and ship of the materials to the sites / WTG’s. Uses necessary for the handling, shifting, or moving of material, such as a hand truck, forklift, hydraulic platform, etc.
Qualifications
- Technical school or Bachelor in Economics or Engineering
- Two years related working experience
- SAP stock knowledge is a big plus
- Basic Safety knowledge. Handles and stores merchandise or special products that require some knowledge of spontaneous combustion, toxicity, fragility, rapid deterioration, contamination, etc.
- Supply chain experience or knowledge will be beneficial

- Fluent Ukrainian and English language skills
