Alpha Performance Project Manager – VP
What We Are Looking For
State Street Alpha seeks to harmonizes data, technology and services across the end-to-end investment management life cycle for consistent workflows and holistic views of the investment process.
We are looking for an individual who can provide leadership and end-to-end project management for the Alpha Performance workstream. This includes planning, implementation and execution of project level deliverables as well as producing executive level reporting to enable the achievement of integration goals.

What You Are Responsible For
Provide leadership, management and partner with the Workstream Lead to drive the execution of the Performance Implementation initiatives within the overall Alpha Platform implementation
Manage Performance Implementation project plan as an input into the program implementation project plan
Facilitate preparation of estimates, schedules, and resource requirements
Analyze key metrics impacting project progress and/or project team performance and work with the business to resolve any issues/impediments.
Partner with the Workstream Lead to manage open items, risks, and change control for the Performance Implementation
Ownership of project tracking, coordination, and communication to the client and Program Workstream Lead
Collaborate with team members to define, maintain, and manage the Performance Implementation roadmap
Create communications and presentation materials around team project status, risks, and issues for different forums
Creation of critical project documentation and centralization of information
Develop an understanding for and ability to recognize and help manage cross team dependencies
Education And Preferred Qualifications
Education and Experience
Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Minimum 7 years of experience as a project/program manager, preferably in the Investment Performance Measurement space
PMP Certification and/or consulting experience a plus
Skills
Proven leadership and program management skills
Proven strong communication, interpersonal, decision-making, analytical/problem solving and negotiation skills
Ability to influence and work collaboratively across multiple teams to reach common goals
Organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Jira, Confluence or other issue tracking/collaboration tools a plus
Team player and collaborator
