Main Purpose
It’s an exciting time to join LOEWE as we go through a period of rapid growth. You will be a member of the Controlling team. You will be involved in the implementation and management of the purchase orders process to fulfil Collection Development requirements for RTW, Shoes and Soft Accessories. You will also work with the Accounting Team in order to ensure the timely effective management of invoices and payments.
This position will report to the Design and Development Controller and will be based in Paris.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team to implement the Purchase Orders process for RTW, Shoes and Soft Accessories Collection Development expenses
- Create and manage the Purchase Orders for the whole Development team
- Work with the development team to coordinate the purchase process through our ERP system, in particular: create Purchase Order by line, season and collection, send the PO to the supplier, recaptioning the PO in the system
- Coordinate with accounting in order to book the invoice and ensure payment to the vendor on time
- Control of the cost of the division, and be able to follow up the budget target
- Help to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Provide updated reliable figures to the team members
Profil
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following skills and expertise:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or associate degree in Finance or Fashion. An internship agreement is mandatory to do an internship in France.
- A first experience in fashion is a plus
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
- Strong analytical skills and synthesis abilities
- Proactive, precise, reliable, curious and problem-solving mindset
- IT abilities and professional knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work closely with central teams. Strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills, with team working attitude and flexibility.
