The Tapley Group, a large, local Allstate Agency, located in Ft. Worth, TX has an immediate opening for a Customer Service / Sales Representative. We are seeking an ambitious, outgoing, career-oriented professional to join our team.
Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person with the right skill set. You must have excellent customer service experience. You will be speaking with customers on the phone and willing to build and develop new customer relationships and maintain existing clients.
Responsibilities
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to succeed every day.
Requirements
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams Ability to multi-task Ability to effectively present our products to potential clients
Property and Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (must be able to obtain) Base Salary + Commissions
