Highlights
- Get hands-on experience with business technologies and software, including Workday, Salesforce and PeopleSoft, while working on current projects for Corporate Staffing.
- Understand payroll related ESS/MSS transactions daily – new hires, address and cost center changes, tax set ups, terminations etc.
- Support to internal and external customers by preparing and processing final checks, W4’s, timesheets and other payroll related documents.
- Learn how transactions are processed in a timely and accurate manner, verification of appropriate approvals.
- Learn and understand the importance of documenting and auditing payroll transactions.
What You Need
- Be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate degree program related to business, accounting, with a graduation year of 2024 or 2025.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, website navigation, and Adobe
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with everyone from other interns to executives.
- Interest in business management.
- Collaboration and teamwork skills for working with colleagues of all levels.
- Good time management and ability to be productive while working on your own.
- Ability to work full 40-hour weeks virtually from June 19 – July 28, 2023 (internship dates cannot be altered).

The typical pay rate for this position is $23.00/hour.
