Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform month-end close
- Maintain general ledger
- Prepare reconciliations
- Assist in ad hoc projects
Required Skills:
- 0-2 years of experience
- Bachelors Degree, Accounting or Finance
- Experience or genuine interest in real estate or construction
- Eagerness to learn, executive presence, curious
Preferred Skills:
- Excel skills (VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables)
- RealPage, OneSite
