Role And Responsibilities
- Manage the learning portfolio in country level and collaborates with Global learning organization ensuring strategic alignment & consistency of employee experiences
- Partner with Global Learning & Talent CoE colleagues and external vendors to redesign / introduce new learning programs as needed per business and People Development strategy
- Contribute to improve of global Personal Effectiveness & Leadership curriculum as subject matter experts to share insights, challenge perspectives and collaborate to reach high quality results
- Manage and collaborate with vendors to develop or acquire learning program to address specific business needs in country level
- Be familiar with the overall learning methods, tools and standards and provides input for the development of demo’s, simulations & exercises
- Responsible for the management of learning & development operations, such as communication, learning system maintenance, coach colleagues on other operational tasks
- Build very strong relationships with our employees, managers, and senior leaders as a way to get to know how to best meet their needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders and/or managers to secure resources, scope efforts, set project priorities, milestones, and drive delivery to meet deadlines to meet program goals
- Prepare Asia high-potential programs at ad-hoc basis
- Manage the assigned budget
- Facilitate workshops
Education And Experience
- Academic education level
- 7+ years of People/Organizational development work with focus on L&D, leadership development, talent management and organizational effectiveness.
Successful track of record of project management and stakeholder management to secure resources and meet multiple priorities and deadlines.
