We are looking for a Sr. HRBP to lead HR for RBS organizations in India. In this role, the Sr. HRBP will directly support the client teams in India through the phase of rapid growth to develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to help the organization scale sustainably. This work includes, but is not limited to, proposing and implementing org design solutions, providing change leadership, increasing workforce capability, managing talent, and supporting day-to-day operations as well as on-going process improvement.
The ideal candidate will love to partner with business leaders on strategic people initiatives, have the ability to implement and optimize HR processes, as well as identify and drive appropriate solutions in employee relations, HR policies and processes. Below Are Some Of The Key Responsibilities

  • Coach senior leaders; advise leaders on strategic talent challenges.
  • Run diagnostics and formulate org design solutions including partnering with business leadership on site strategy, expansions, and employment models.
  • Provide valuable input and expertise to your client groups in terms of employment legislation, policies and practices.
  • Review and analyze talent metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
  • Plan, manage and provide continuous improvement to all aspects of the client organization and leadership review process and the strategic objectives therein. This includes both annual and mid-year processes which focus on performance management and talent development
  • Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions and job re-leveling.
  • Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties’ interests.
  • Coach, groom, and develop own HR team members. Create a healthy open and transparent feedback driven team culture which allows team members to deliver at their best.

Define HR goals that are based on business drivers and ensuring that the team is always looking for underlying people issues to help solve business challenges.

Basic Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related field with 6-10 years of experience, preferably in a corporate HR role.
  • Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.
  • Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in driving large HR transformation initiatives would be preferred.
  • Experience of working with global teams.
