Sr. Content Reviewer with Dutch, Amazon Ads

Key Responsibilities Include

• Organic product Review
• Audit, review and bar raise quality of marketing content in German, English & Arabic languages
• Review relevance between search query and organic products based on Content Guidelines.
• Check the relevance with quality and accuracy in detail.
• Ability to work with data and evaluate trends/ patterns.
• Recommend generic pattern to be translated into Rules.
• Willingness to work with sensitive issues, including but not limited to Adult content, Religious and philosophically sensitive issues.
• Provide feedback and linguistic coaching to external vendors
• Identify and pursue quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with other internal teams
• Responsible for and manage language quality and maintenance of associated assets
• Training & Coaching
• Coordinating training & mentoring sessions
• Periodical review of work of new hires (with guidance of Supervisor) and providing on-going feedback in the initial training phase.
• Develop training material for the team and lead training and development for the team.
• Maintaining Updates & Documentation and Monitoring workflow
• Escalating questions/issues from the team regarding the process and cascading updates to the team.
• Preparing & Maintaining Training documents, Wiki pages with updates, SOPs & any other documents
• Preparing weekly process reports & sending these out to the concerned people.
• Monitoring workflow and re-assignment in the team & handling shift-issues, daily stand ups, updates and escalations.

This role includes rotational shift patterns (incl. morning, afternoon, nights, and weekends)

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor degree
• +1 year work experience in either Customer Service, Back Office, Content Reviewing, Content Moderating, or related positions
• B2+ fluency of Dutch, English and Arabic. Candidate should demonstrate language proficiency in all the following: verbal, writing, reading and comprehension
• Familiarity with Excel
• Able to work in a diverse team

Preferred Qualifications

• Good awareness of Dutch culture and current affairs in order to identify items that are likely to be controversial to customers.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Access, Excel, Power Point and Word) to maintain reports and metrics.
• Web search skills and knowledge of Wikipedia.
• Good data evaluation and mining skills
• Familiar with internet search tools
• Familiarity with online retail (e-commerce)
• Willingness to work with sensitive issues, including but not limited to: Adult content, Religious and philosophically sensitive issues
