Required Qualifications

5 or more years of experience in business operations with a focus on testing in a PBM industry or Managed Care.

• At least 3 years working with various testing or QA methodologies
• 3 years of technical experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrate ability to analyze data, verify accuracy and determins conclusions
• Ability to run the EzTest / EzQuery Tool and analyze the data spreadsheets
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to define problem, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and perform the necessary RCA
• Knowledge and experience with Client Operations in a PBM environment
• Expereince with SQL, and Queries
• Experience of RXClaim (AS400), EzQuery and EzTest tools
• Prioritize, manage multiple assignments, and direct the work of others to meet deadlines

Education

Bachelor’s degree is required; equivalent work experience may substitute
