Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions of supplier quality issues
- Conduct supplier audits and assessments of their processes and QMS and drives improvement.
- Manage and coordinate supplier key performance indicates such as ppm and incidents, supplier problem solving on time
- Work with suppliers to continuously improve performance, implement process controls and develop quality assurance plans
- Serving as a liaison between our company and the suppliers to identify quality issues and come up with solutions
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering
- Minimum 3 ~ 5years of work experience in Supplier Quality or Quality Assurance
- Advanced knowledge of manufacturing and production process and quality control regulatory standards
- Working knowledge of Quality System Regulation, ISO9001 and TS16949 is preferred
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in order to effectively communicate with internal customers and suppliers
