Our Mission
Overbrook West Neighbors’ (OWN) mission is to enhance commerce on the Upper Lancaster Avenue Corridor, work with residents and stakeholders to improve the quality of life in our community, and serve as the Registered Community Organization (RCO) addressing all zoning concerns.

We are a group of neighbors and friends who care passionately about our community. Overbrook is home to Tustin Playground known for sports legends Wilt Chamberlain & Kobe Bryant and Overbrook High School, the alma mater of folks like Will Smith.

I need help to create a meaningful strategic marketing piece to share in multiple mediums/platforms that will encourage for-profit business partners to join us by participating in city and state tax credit programs.
