Specialist Teaching Assistant

We are looking for Teaching Assistant’s to support one of our partner schools based in Slough. This school is most easily accessed by car, with onsite parking for staff.

This school offers a nurturing environment for pupils, with severe emotional and social difficulties, working in Key Stages 2, 3, 4 and 5. This school caters for a wide range of special educational needs, including the following: ASD, OCD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia and Speech and Language disorder.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Assisting the teacher with daily activities
• Supporting the students with their learning and development
• Ability to manage behaviour
• Problem solve day-to-day issue efficiently

This a full-time role, Monday-Friday but part time would be considered. Experience is not essential for this role but is desirable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
