- has at least 3 years of work experience in a similar role at a high end restaurants with excellent reputation and business results
- has experience working with American / British / Intercontinental cuisine
- has being a truly culinary enthusiast & passionate innovator
- aimed to deliver exquisite culinary experiences
- has excellent attention to detail & demonstrate great passion about quality and art of food presentation
- an active learner with an open mind, always solution driven and an ideation expert
- has positive attitude, understanding and capability to adapt to high-volume operations
