In This Role You Will
- Plan and implement long term and short-term sourcing activities
- Increase company/employer brand awareness
- Coordinate with external contacts for print and/or media advertisements; and Implement and advertise employee referral program
- Facilitate educational tours when needed
- Coordinate with universities for placement and/or other school activities
- Strengthen LGU and NGO partnerships to develop branding and sourcing initiatives
- Identify, develop, and evaluate branding activities, based on knowledge of company objectives,
- Provide leadership and mentoring to Sourcing Associates
We are looking for someone who has:
- Graduated from any 4-year course
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- The ability to work well with any level in the organization
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Call center experience
- Experience in similar position
- Experience in volume hiring
