The role will be based in Kyiv, Ukraine.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Conduct sourcing of candidates for open roles in Global markets: North America, LATAM, Europe, APAC using the Linked In
· Provide candidates’ profiles to Recruiters for Zoom interviews
· Coordinate and organize further candidates’ interviews with managers that are based globally
· Collect, input and report recruitment data and metrics
REQUIREMENTS:
· High level of analytical, sourcing and scheduling skills
· Proven experience in building partnership relationships with candidates and managers
· Ability to manage assignments as projects independently
· Fluency English (spoken and business writing)
