Are you an experienced Solution Consultant interested in leading the functional PLM implementation for some of the largest manufacturing companies in the world? Then you might be our new Solution Consultant.

As Solution Consultant at Aras, you are responsible for the functional PLM implementation. Your key objectives are to analyze the customer’s business needs and assist on determining business priorities as well as providing expertise on how to implement functionalities.

Core responsibilities:

• Understand business processes and assess if these are compliant with the Aras Innovator platform architecture and PLM best practices
• Lead capture of business requirements by delivering design workshops and discussions
• Understand and assess business priorities including determining the ones considered essential
• Translate the business requirements to a solution design which can include creating business data models and conceptual mockups
• Verify the solution by functional testing, demoing, and inspecting the solution
• Contribute to the estimation of effort needed to implement the requirements
• Assume accountability for the official deliverable to the customer, including documentation, technical delivery and business elements ensuring handover

Your profile includes:

• Proven track record with responsibility of functional implementation of enterprise software, preferably PLM
• Strong relationship building skills with both colleagues and external customers. Must be an effective communicator in difficult customer situations
• Experience writing clear and understandable requirement specifications, functional specification documents, data models and use cases
• Experience with defining and executing functional tests
• Experience in any of the following verticals: Automotive, Consumer Products, High Tech Electronics, Medical Devices, Aerospace, Defense, Shipbuilding
• Industry knowledge of any of the following: Engineering Change Processes, Phase Gate Project Management, Quality Systems Processes, DFMEA, PFMEA, CAPA, Manufacturing Process Planning, CMII Change Management, Systems Engineering, Requirements Engineering, Maintenance Design, Planning and Execution, Configuration Management, Variant Management
• Fluent in English and Swedish for communication in an international environment
• Willingness to travel.
