They inspire our clients and are just as adept at talking to visionary leaders as technical specialists. Through persuasive conversations and powerful communication, pre-sales solution architects create the transformational business cases we work on.As a Solution Architect you are our expert that will help our Sales teams shaping the best solution possible for our customers, ensuring afterwards a smooth transition to Delivery. In this role, the following responsibilities are expected:Pre Sales/Consultancy and/or providing solution input into customer discussions and early engagements, where it supports the sales engagement processContribute to compelling winning customer propositionsLead digital and software technologies solution designs of high complexity with responsibility for the technical integrity and costs of the solutionDevelop the technical solution and response to specific customer needs leveraging the relevant expertise and knowledge existing in the organizationPlay a key role between Sales and Delivery in ensuring a smooth project execution and successful implementationDevelop thought leadership related to your area of expertisePartner with our Offer Leader and Portfolio Manager to shape the offers of tomorrow – aligned with market demand (business & technology) and corporate business planPartner with Offer Leader to ensure market intelligence on a specific offer scope (trends, potential clients, competition, partnerships)Partner with Practice Lead to co-build, co-develop and co-manage a community of practice to foster wide company x-fertilizationSeek feedback and foster lessons learned (e.g., estimations vs execution) to improve our offers & practicesYour profile:A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent experience.Good communication skillsExperience developing creative and client-pleasing solutions to complex business problemsAbility and experience in preparation of proposals and responsesDemonstrable solution architectures experience using leading digital and software technologies (i.e., cloud native solutions, connected software products, IoT/IIoT, immersive software products)Experience in developing solutions for agile organizations at scaleAbility to multitask and prioritiseExcellent interpersonal skillsAttention to detailLocation – Lisboa, Porto or FundãoApplyYou can apply for this opportunity directly from LinkedIn, on our website or by email to our both contacts: ****** and ****** Engineering is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
