Enova Group was created in Geneva and is providing IT services made in Switzerland since 2018. Enova consulting is a company specialized in information technology at first: our activities are focused on the most demanded IT skills but not only. We can create and adapt offers in other technical domains such as engineering or pharmaceutical, but overall, we are able to provide artificial intelligence or data science and engineering services with Enova Data now.

Context

Our client wishes to recruit a Solution Architect / Administrator to provide technical support for their Exchange/Skype for Business environments. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of their activities, including design, architecture, deployment, performance, monitoring, security, or support.

Your mission will be also to understand business and IT requirements that drive the analysis and design of technical solutions.

Vos missions

Your Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate all technical aspects of an Exchange / Skype on premise environments (Architecture, Data flow, Access, Storage, Security, performance, connectivity, …) with all relevant IT platforms.
• Coordinate, follow-up business requests, in tight collaboration with Project and Release Managers.
• Integrate solutions into the information system.
• Provide suggestions for improvement and enhancement.
• Write and update non-functional documentation (architecture, technical requirements, installation, configuration…)
• Participate in the definition, the selection, and the implementation of the next communication solution.
• Provide support to the IT operational team.

Vos compétences

Background and experience (>10 years ‘experience)

• Expert in Exchange 2016/2019 and Skype for Business 2015
• Advanced knowledge in PowerShell
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft 365 and specifically in Exchange Online, Exchange Hybrid and Teams Telephony
• Advanced knowledge in telecom technologies (SBC, PSTN, Lease line, Direct routing, Dial Plan)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Information Protection
• Good knowledge of Active Directory & Azure Active Directory
• Experienced with federated identity mechanisms (ADFS)
• Experienced with authentication protocols (NTLM, Kerberos, SAML)
• Experienced with Reverse proxy concepts and integration (F5 Big IP)
• Knowledge of virtual architectures with VMware
• Experiences in Exchange and Skype for Business migration to M365 an asset
• Implementation of Contact Center solutions an asset

Our recruitment process

We have a 4 steps recruitment process at Enova:

• A first interview by video conference TEAMS, to get to know each other, check your soft and hard skills and understand more about Enova and our activities.
• If you are shortlisted, the second interview is as well by video conference teams or face2face to meet other people, in general the manager managing the client business relations and know more about the collaboration.
• After getting all the different information to have a Enova-consultant collaboration, we organize a meeting and/or a technical interview with the client technical team
• If we see each other working together in an Enova collaboration we present you during a last interview the contract that we want to propose, ideally in our office.

During this recruitment process, we communicate by phone and by mail and we can invite you to meet our teams in our office or the client’s team of course.
