If you’re in, you’ll be responsible for:

• Carrying out the development and running of application software
• Examining the existing processes to improve or automate the software
• Documenting the user and system needs determined about the software and following the development processes of the designs needed
• Carrying out the opening and authorization of user accounts of application software
• Solving problems about application software, answering questions and requests from users, directing process to relevant parties when necessary

• You have excellent communication, planning, and organization skills

• You are a result oriented and agile professional
• You literally enjoy solving problems and seeing the outcome of your work: the actual experience of the user

Minimum Requirements

• BSc degree in relevant academic disciplines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good command of English
• Advanced level of MS Office programs
• Competency in Agile method
• Prior experience in technical support roles would be an asset
• Experienced in MSSQL and MYSQL server databases
• Advanced level SQL script reading / writing knowledge
• Knowledge of SQL Server Profiler
