Project Overview
AESA and PT. TRIPPCONS are implementing the European Union Public Policy and Outreach Partnership (EU POP), a two-year public diplomacy project from the EU Delegation to Indonesia, that aims to deepen the engagement of a multilateral organisation with Indonesian future leaders and relevant stakeholders in key policy areas across five thematic sectors, namely Environment and Climate Change; Higher Education and Research; Political Affairs and Human Rights; Economic Affairs, Trade, and Investment; and Culture and Media.
Roles and Responsibilities: Social Media Specialist

Create social media contents, including copywriting and visual design.
Establish and oversee the implementation of social media analytics.
Liaise and establish partnerships with other social media stakeholders.
To submit data to the M&E Specialist on each of the project social media activities.
Work with the other functions of the EU POP Indonesia to produce and distribute high-performing social media campaigns, posts and engagements.
To lead on social media knowledge management, and produces reports on performance and forward strategies to better the social media engagements.
Produces bi-monthly social media calendar and content.
Liaise with the EU Counterpart on day-to-day social media engagements.
Develop internal tools and provide trainings for team members.
Manage the Social Media Expert and digital agencies on project deliverables.
To plan and execute multiple ads campaigns and perform post-campaign analysis.

Key Selection Criteria

A minimum of a bachelor���s degree or four years of relevant work experience.
Demonstrated experience in managing social media accounts, creating content, and executing organic and paid social media campaigns.
Fluency in social media management and analytics tools and graphic design software.
Proven experience in interpreting social media analytics to improve engagement social media content development, graphic design, content strategy.
At least 3 years��� experience in creating social media content and in managing social media accounts
Creative and able to translate complex information into engaging content.
Strong writing and speaking skills in English and Indonesian.
